1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and filplay ("filplay", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at filplay.club ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the filplay Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules that may apply.

filplay operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. These Terms are written in plain English with the Filipino player in mind — we want you to understand what you're agreeing to, not just sign something you haven't read. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the filplay Platform.

2 Eligibility

To use the filplay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR for all online gaming activities in the Philippines;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically present in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of filplay or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously had a filplay account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the filplay Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine contact details;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Register only one (1) account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts on filplay is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances;
• Not register an account on behalf of another person.

filplay reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel any account at its sole discretion, including where the Company suspects that eligibility requirements have not been met. Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Immediately notify filplay's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account protection where available.

filplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity carried out through your filplay account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be your sole responsibility.

5 Deposits & Payments

filplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to change at filplay's discretion. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100;
• Funds deposited to your filplay account may only be used for gaming activity on the Platform;
• Deposits are processed immediately upon successful authorization by your payment provider;
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• filplay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• filplay reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your filplay account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where applicable;
• filplay targets a processing time of approximately five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and same-business-day for bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on your provider;
• filplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending AML checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity;
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

filplay offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated within the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. filplay reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion;
• Each promotion or bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page;
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings may only be used on games specifically designated for that promotion unless otherwise stated;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per filplay account unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• filplay reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse the filplay bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the filplay Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules. The following general gaming terms apply across the filplay Platform:

• All RNG-based games on filplay use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles;
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the filplay server-side game logs shall be the definitive record;
• Any bets placed in error or as a result of connection issues are subject to review and may be voided at filplay's discretion;
• filplay reserves the right to void any bet or game session where a software or hardware error has resulted in an erroneous outcome;
• Sports betting markets and odds on filplay are subject to change prior to the commencement of the relevant event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one (1) account on filplay;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any filplay game;
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games;
• Engaging in money laundering or using filplay for any unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with any part of the filplay Platform;
• Accessing your filplay account if you have voluntarily self-excluded or been excluded by filplay;
• Allowing or facilitating access to filplay by persons under 21 years of age.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the filplay Platform, including but not limited to the filplay brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software ("Content"), is the property of filplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the filplay Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any filplay Content without prior written consent from filplay.

11 Privacy & Data

filplay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the filplay Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. filplay processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data governance requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

filplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Philippines. We offer the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Loss limits — define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period;
• Session time limits — receive automatic alerts and cutoffs when you reach your self-set session length;
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your filplay account for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your filplay account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access. filplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your filplay account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits filplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by filplay's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14 Termination

filplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete or pass required identity verification;
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority;
• For any other reason at filplay's sole discretion where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of AML and KYC checks.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. filplay's operations are regulated by PAGCOR, and regulatory disputes may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.

16 Amendments

filplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, filplay will notify registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the filplay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
